The Water Cabin by the Nor–Folk
The Water Cabin is a riverside retreat by Nor–Folk Stays. Nestled in the heart of the Broads National Park on the banks of the river Thurne, it is the ideal base to explore the county of Norfolk – just 30 minutes east of Norwich and 15 minutes from the coast. The Water Cabin dates from the 1930s and has been sympathetically renovated with the help of local craftspeople. It offers two bedrooms (sleeps four) and open-plan living, providing the ideal retreat for a romantic getaway or family holiday in any season.
The calming earthy tones and minimalist interiors reflect the natural environment that surrounds the cabin to create a haven of peace and tranquillity. The antidote to busy city living, it is a place to unwind and reconnect with simple pleasures. Located in the village of Repps with Bastwick, the Water Cabin benefits from an adjacent boat dyke, 60 feet of river frontage and countryside views to the rear.
