Serving coffee and fine ale, The Merchant’s House, Norwich, is a great place to catch up on work or meet with friends. Open every day until late, your caffeine needs are sorted as the coffee machine stays running until closing time. The cafe bar also serves a wide range of tea, wine, and cocktails, using local suppliers where possible: coffee from Smokey Barn, tea from Wilkinson’s, as well as lots of locally brewed beers and 30+ local gins. Toasties are available at lunchtime, and they can even suggest a really good beer-and-cake pairing! Whether it’s a bargain gin and tonic, surprisingly good cheap coffee, a fancy craft beer or a treat mocha martini, being inclusive is at the heart of the business.
