Salt

Licensed restaurant and shop Salt serves simple small plates with big, bold flavours from its made- from-scratch kitchen on St John Maddermarket, Norwich. With a specially designed menu by head chef/owner Jaime Garbutt (who also owns and runs sister dessert restaurant, Figbar, next door), the menu offers a variety of all-day breakfasts, sandwiches, salads, raclettes and small plates that change with the seasons. It’s a place to meet and linger, enjoy a boozy lunch or grab a sarnie or salad box to go. Salt is open for lunch only on Sundays and Mondays, and breakfast and lunch every other day of the week. Don’t forget to pop next door for dessert at Figbar!
