Licensed restaurant and shop Salt serves simple small plates with big, bold flavours from its made- from-scratch kitchen on St John Maddermarket, Norwich. With a specially designed menu by head chef/owner Jaime Garbutt (who also owns and runs sister dessert restaurant, Figbar, next door), the menu offers a variety of all-day breakfasts, sandwiches, salads, raclettes and small plates that change with the seasons. It’s a place to meet and linger, enjoy a boozy lunch or grab a sarnie or salad box to go. Salt is open for lunch only on Sundays and Mondays, and breakfast and lunch every other day of the week.
