Pilates East
Pilates East is a Pilates studio offering Mat and Apparatus group and private classes from its bright, spacious studio tucked away in Labour in Vain Yard. It is equipped with Gratz Classical Pilates apparatus including Reformers, Cadillac, Chairs and Barrels. Pilates East also teaches online to clients in Norwich, Norfolk and beyond, and hosts regular corporate classes, workshops and Pilates retreats. In the heart of the Norwich Lanes since 2002, they rebranded to Pilates East in 2021. Pilates East is dedicated to maintaining the integrity of the original Pilates method and delivering bespoke, high quality Pilates to suit health and fitness goals. Lauren and her team have created a welcoming and inclusive community.
