Hatake Ramen Club
You can find Ninnie’s family-run pop-up Hatake Ramen Club dishing up their authentic ramen at The Garnet pub in Norwich every Wednesday and Thursday (days can vary). Renowned for their signature ramen menu, head here for dishes such as chicken chintan, a clear broth; or pork and chicken 18-hour paitan, with cloudy broth, alkaline noodles and the all-important toppings. Cooked chilled fresh ramen noodles are topped with aji-tamago and vegetables, served with a shiso, toasted sesame, ginger and shoyu dressing. For plant-based options, it’s got to be Hatake’s signature tofu balls and for vegans the egg is switched for miso aubergine and sprouting broccoli. Available for eat-in or takeaway. Reservations accepted for groups of 2-6 and walk-ins are also very welcome.
