Sadly Artel has now closed its doors.
Artel serves specialty coffee, craft beer and seasonal food from its bright and modern plant-filled two-storey space on London Street, Norwich. From the moment you walk through the door you can see that design and creativity goes into everything – beautifully illustrated window murals by Ed Le May, intricate tiling by artist/ builder Dean Khalil and beautiful yet functional furniture by Dan and Chanti at Quanstrom Studio. Artel works with its favourite roasteries around the country to showcase the best seasonal coffee that’s out there. This is something that extends to the selection of craft beers on offer from Norfolk and Suffolk-based breweries. Known for a killer coffee and sandwich combo, Artel uses seasonal produce to make fresh, delicious – and sometimes a little naughty – sandwiches that make you feel good inside. Sunday brunch is also hugely popular, especially the French toast.
