Houghton Festival
Houghton Festival showcases Craig Richards’ masterfully curated world of music, art and dancing in the rural splendour of Norfolk’s countryside. Set in the grounds of Houghton Hall estate near Fakenham, a soundscape of electronic music and live sets flow through the woods, above the trees and across the lake, encapsulating the personality and raw energy Houghton has become known for in its short but legendary history. From minimal techno to disco, expect a line-up of big-name electronic DJs such as Ricardo Villalobos, Midland, Lena Willikens, Horse Meat Disco, Helena Hauff and Ben UFO, alongside live sets from artists like DMX Krew, Schatrax and Maayan Nidam in a unique setting in which spontaneous back-to-back sets are encouraged, and longer DJ sets are the norm.
