Burnt Fen Alpacas
Burnt Fen Alpacas has been breeding alpacas in Norfolk for over 20 years and currently has around 40 alpacas of all colours, ages, shapes and sizes. Set among the alpaca fields, owner Annie runs textile courses from a traditional Mongolian yurt where you can learn how to spin, weave and dye with the natural fibres from the beautiful alpaca herd. Annie also makes and sells hand- woven designs in softest alpaca, such as shawls, scarves, knitted socks and gloves. In the spring and summer, visitors can come to walk the alpacas through the Burnt Fen woods or enjoy their company over a traditional cream tea.
